What is Teen Camp?
Join us this summer for our first ever, Teen Training Camp! This program is the perfect opportunity for athletes to train this summer to improve performance and maximize their playing abilities.

Athletes/non athletes will train at CLASS twice a week for the span of 8 weeks. During this time, they will master basic movement patterns, correct and maintain proper form, and become educated on the importance of strength training for athletic and scholastic performance.

There are limited spots available! This program is coed.
